Many people are curious to find out why my company's name is Charlotte. Charlotte was my wonderful grandmother who gave me a ton of love & nurturing when I was growing up & taught me many delectable desserts. She had her own business selling desserts to villagers in a small European community. I am proud to serve you & yours with these desserts & hope that you enjoy them. Charlotte is also the name of a french pastry, made in a mold with lady fingers & chocolate mousse!
